BILA
The BLACK INDEPENDENCE & LIBERATION ACADEMY, aka BILA is the primary goal of the organization. The BILA will be a network of tuition-free private schools, funded and operated by Black people. With the BILT, donations, and profits from the Rising Kings Apparel LLC the BILA network will teach all of the required core subjects to ensure students pass state/national standardized tests to attend university, as well as Black/African centered subjects and optional trade and extracurricular courses and activities.
National Private Academy Network
The goal of the BILA network is to create a national network of private schools, made of BILA Rising Kings and BILA Rising Queens academies. The academies will have at least one location in each major region of the country and will function as optional boarding schools so that city local, regionally local, and relocating students/families are able to attend. We will do this by purchasing parcels of land and creating affordable but functional campuses on that land.
