Regardless of our individual beliefs regarding the reasons for the state of Black America and who’s to blame, we can all objectively agree that it needs to be improved. Regardless of our individual beliefs regarding whether or not the government owes anything to Black people, we can all objectively agree that Black people need to be the ones most committed to improving the state of Black America.

Every year we pay taxes to Federal and State governments that invest essentially nothing in Black communities and implement no policies for Black people, and use our tax dollars for a plethora of agendas that the people have not agreed to and that do not benefit us as citizens, regardless of background.

As reported by the IRS Tax Foundation, Americans pay an average of about $14,000 annually for federal taxes, not including state taxes. At a minimum, we can all afford to pay another $12 per year that we know will go directly to legitimate solutions to improve Black America.

There are more than 46,000,000 Black people in the US. With $1 from even just a fraction of Black America, only $120 over 10 years, changes can be made that would positively impact all of Black America.

“…Blacks have more than $1 trillion gross national income, expected to be almost $2 trillion by 2024; only 2 percent is reinvested into Black communities.”
“…Currently, a dollar circulates 6 hours in an African American community, compared to 20 days in a Jewish community and 30 days in an Asian community.”
“In white neighborhoods, money circulates nearly an unlimited number of times.”
