BLACK INDEPENDENCE & LIBERATION DISTRICTS 

 
Black Independence & Liberation Union will buy land to build the Black Independence & Liberation Academies and will create neighborhoods around these institutions, primarily aimed toward affordable housing for families. 

Another way that BILU hopes to do this is by purchasing one or some of the many abandoned towns available for sale around the nation. Many of these towns, which are not as expensive as one may think it would be to purchase a town, have some infrastructure already in place and would be ideal locations to build new Black Wallstreets.
